The old adage ‘Customer is KING‘, though common knowledge now is still not being taken seriously by brands. In fact  Vodafone has gone one step further and actually slapped a defamation case on Dhaval Valia, a journalist. Coming from the fourth largest brand on Facebook, this spells doom on Vodafone that had to eat it’s own words.
