In 2012, Twitter launched the Twitter Certified Products Program to bring some of the most innovative products and services from Twitter developers to businesses and organizations that need them most.
Twitter stated that, ” With this program, we’ve identified areas where we see huge demand for innovation on Twitter’s platform.” Keeping its focus on three verticals – Engagement Products, Analytics Products and Data Reseller Products; the program was launched with 12 partners initially.
This year Twitter has added five more international partners. Reason being 77% of active Twitter users are outside the U.S. And as Twitter usage around the world increases, the company has witnessed a strong demand for products that enable businesses to better connect with this international audience.
Yesterday, Twitter announced that it has added five more to the list and social media analytics and brand monitoring company Unmetric is one of them. The other products who have joined the list are Conversocial, SocialBro, Socialmetrix, and Talkwalker.
