Trivone offers complete digital asset integration services to its clients and manages seven digital media properties ranging from consumer tech, autos, movies, sports, small business, IT channel to CXO community. The firm offers services ranging from content, creative and design, application development, social media management and digital content management services including inbound and outbound marketing.

With the new acquisition Trivone will be empowered to take benefit of the content services that are offered by Godot which has a global client footprint across 20 countries. These services include content writing from expert writers in the industry, SEO friendly and engaging content. Besides Godot also offers development and distribution to help businesses build a strong online presence and engage with their customers.

Godot, which pioneered the ‘content as a service’ concept in the US to serve its customers, fits into the present offerings of Trivone that has long felt the need to complement its content offerings with associated services such as design technology and social media, shared Trivone promoter L. Subramanyan.

With this acquisition Trivone has positioned itself to provide world-class content with Godot’s domain expertise to Indian customers as well as overseas. Subsequently the firm has bolstered its acquisition model which it has been following from 2011, when it acquired the management rights for UTV’s information technology portals, TechTree.com, ChannelTimes.com and CXOToday.com. Later the company had also acquired entertainment portal Chakpak.com from FlipKart and an automobile portal, Wheelsunplugged.com in 2012.
