1. Channel V rebrands again; experiments with bi-weekly: A little more than a year (July 2012-November 25) and Channel V has already decided to don a new avatar. The youth music and entertainment channel which transformed into youth GEC (general entertainment channel) in July 2012 is dressing up with a new logo, a novel tagline and a fresh new line-up. 2. MTV’s first web fiction show is ‘too cool for TV’: The youth channel has launched about 10 shows online before, all in the non-fiction genre. Read more here.

3. Spuul to stream IndiaCast channels online: IndiaCast channels will now be distributed on Spuul, an online streaming service. Under this partnership, the content on Colors, MTV and ETV channels will be available on the digital platform. 2. Facebook asks, ‘How authentic does this post feel?’ in News Feed: Occasionally, Facebook will poll a user on content within News Feed after they’ve engaged with it. A reader for sister site AllFacebook noticed that the site asked “How authentic does this post feel?” It then gave the options to rate from “Not at all” to “Extremely.” Read more here.
