SpiiderIn this  role, you will be developing and delivering the international social media strategy for the business on a corporate, product and campaign level. Working with internal and external resources, as a Social Media Executive, you will create engaging content and define best practices for the business. Your key areas of responsibility will include social media, online marketing and customer service.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Executing the social media plan and building strong relationships with media partners across core channels
  • Acting as an internal journalist, keeping a finger on the business pulse and identifying newsworthy pieces for the blog
  • Becoming the ‘voice’ for our client and their social media ‘guru’, keeping all social channels up-to-date
  • Managing internal communications relating to social media campaigns
  • Sharing any key customer stories with the PR agency

To be considered, you must have:

Minimum of 6 months of Experience in social media marketing or online P.R

  • Extensive experience using Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Foursquare, Instagram, Pinterest etc.)
  • Strong team player.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking.
  • Experience with deadlines and managing timelines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
