Problem Statement

Shapoorji Pallonji desired to launch their residential property ‘Joyville’ with a different stroke! They wanted to take an unconventional approach towards a homebuying experience in order to add value to consumer’s experience. It is a crucial period for both consumers and developers when property is still in the development phase. The challenge was to give homebuyers the preview of their dream home while the property is still under construction.

Identified Objectives

The prime objective was to give users a seamless home buying experience by developing an e-commerce portal which allows to visualize your own flat at an under construction stage.

The Strategy/Execution

Key Strategy 

One of the major insights that we found was that there are 300 million active internet users in India who checks information online.

Basis this insight, the key strategy was to develop an ecommerce portal (True View Application), ultimately making it easier for users to access any information about the property wherever they are.



  1. We first chalked out an entire layout and the design of True View application. Our team of technology experts created a user-friendly interface with a sleek design.
  2. We developed the application which enabled the users to take a virtual tour of Joyville property, choose a tower, check number of floors and every apartment of the property
  3. The mobile interface had a format of an easy-to-follow steps. In addition, we designed an integrated booking system feature.
  4. True View application also allowed users to check critical details like the built-up area, price, possession dates and several payment options.


  • With the development of True View Application, it enabled many homebuyers to visualize about their new apartment. It allowed homebuyers to book their desired flat from the comfort of their home.
  • Shapoorji Pallonji became the first real estate developer to own a True View Application that had an integrated booking system.
  • The results were overwhelming with 48,235 visitors, 36,512 unique visitors, and 3,244 enquires.
  • Leads generated by True View were invited by the sales team for site visit and 8 Leads got converted which resulted into a revenue of INR 2 Cr+.
