As told earlier, one of the things that we at Lighthouse Insights wish to achieve in 2016 is to bring a balance in our editorial content and columns from industry experts. One of the ideas that we executed in the month of February was bringing in guest editors on LI. The idea was to uncover a particular issue and then drill down further backed with insights and examples.
For February, Srinivas Kulkarni, head of the Learning & Development and Analytics wing of Social Kinnect shared his thoughts on the Learning & Development aspects. In a series of four articles, Srini wrote on how agencies and clients can work together to crack the problem, how to involve freshers in this process, and tackling challenges.
For the month of April, LI is delighted to inform that Deep Sherchan, CMO at Simplify360 has accepted to be our guest editor. Deep isn’t new to LI, over the last few years he has been sharing his thoughts around the social media listening and intelligence market. Recently he shared about the 5 Most Important Trends In Social Customer Service Missed In 2015.
Deep brings immense experience in the social business intelligence field and he has decided to share his thoughts on how it is evolving, what role today’s BPO’s are playing, evolution of social customer service, among others.
