The link takes you to a post on the channel’s blog with the Twitter jockey details. The year has just begun and it is interesting to witness new and innovative ways in which Indian television channels are leveraging Twitter.
In a first-of-its-kind move in the Indian television industry, Zee Studio had recently launched #TweetUrFlick, a Twitter property which essentially allows the viewer to pick a movie they want to watch from the choices given to them via Twitter. Last week, India’s Formula One team, Force India unveiled its 2014 car, the VJM07 exclusively on Twitter, prior to its official presentation at the Jerez test session.
Clearly, Twitter India is happy with these new adoptions of the platform, be it for breaking news, taking user opinion or hunting for Twitter jockeys.
