Network18’s web operations revenue rises nearly 13% in Q1FY17: Reliance Industries-owned Network18 has reported operational revenue of Rs 351.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30 (Q1 FY17), down 14.59% from Rs 411.09 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, operational revenues were down 26.19% from Rs 475.67 crore. Net loss stood at Rs 48.89 for the quarter compared to a net profit of Rs 44.09 crore in the same quarter last year. Yatra to merge with Terrapin 3 in a deal valued at $218 million: Online travel agent Yatra has entered into a merger agreement with NASDAQ listed Terrapin 3 Acquisition Corporation (TRTL) that values Yatra at an enterprise value of $218 million.
