I got in touch with 10 leading brand managers and asked them – What is your expectation from the Indian social media industry in 2014? While every one had their own views, most of them stressed on one key thing i.e. ‘Content’. Most brand managers in the country are now aggressively focusing on investing in original content and at the same time giving consumers exclusive content on mobile.
